Thanks to the 2012 Waiters’ generous donation to the Bazaar, Chef Babs & Sous Chef Jane taught their culinary skills to these talented and very hungry young men.
The Waiters purchased a Cooking Class & Dinner, which tested their chopping skills, and mixing technique. They learned that Rosemary was not just someone’s name, and there’s a difference between white sugar and brown sugar.
The class whipped up Kebobs that were grilled to perfection, Pasta Salad with Feta, and Homemade Berry Cobbler with Chocolate Ice Cream. They ate every drop, and they even cleaned up….and it was a blast!
