Baco Che-Na-Wah Bazaar Winter Games 18

The Baco/Che-Na-Wah Bazaar Foundation is excited to enjoy camp activities with you on January 13, 2018!

 

Anyone that is a future, or current camper can come and participate in Camp Activities like kickball, basketball, capture the flag, relay races, Swedish relays, Levine ball, and more!!! The Winter Games is fun for the whole family. There will be snacks, Bazaar merchandise, tattoos, Arts and Crafts, Batting Cages and more. All money raised at Winter Games will go to the Baco Che-Na-Wah Bazaar Foundation.

What is the Baco Che-Na-Wah Bazaar Foundation?

The Bazaar Foundation is a not-for-profit (501C3) whose mission is to raise funds to donate to organizations that help provide needy children with a camp experience, medical organizations and other charitable groups. 100% of donations are directed towards charities.

What is Winter Games 18?

Anyone that is a future, or current camper can come and participate in 6 activities. Just like camp! You are going to have the BEST SCHEDULE EVER, with different activities like: kickball, basketball, capture the flag, relay races, Swedish relays, Levine ball, and more!!! You will be assigned to activities with your age group, just like camp!

To participate in the Winter Games 18 activities, you (or your parents) can purchase a ticket ahead of time, or at the event.

What if you’re not a future or current camper, or if you want to sit out of an activity?

Don’t worry! We will have an area for everyone to hang. You can get snacks, Bazaar merchandise, tattoos, and do some Arts and Crafts! You can also use the Batting Cages.  You’ll also get a great view, so you can watch the campers play everything!

How does this raise money for the Bazaar Foundation?

Tickets for participants will cost $30.00 You can buy this online ahead of time, or at the event. Your ticket will also give come with 1 food voucher. If you choose not to purchase a ticket, you can still purchase food, and of course merchandise. All money raised at Winter Games 18 will go to the Baco Che-Na-Wah Bazaar Foundation.

Tickets cost $30 for current and future campers. Parents, alumni, family and friends that are no longer campers are more than welcome to come, but do not need to purchase tickets.

How do I buy a ticket?

We encourage you to purchase your tickets for the activities ahead of time. You can either call the Baco/Che-Na-Wah office with credit card information, or send a check before the event. You can also reserve tickets below, and pay when you check in either with cash, check, or credit card. You will of course be able to purchase tickets there, even if you didn’t reserve one.

What time is the event?

Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 to get checked in. You can also purchase tickets at this time.

The last activity will end at 6PM.

What kind of food will be there?

There will be some snack food. The last activity is over at 6PM, just in time for dinner!

What should I wear to Winter Games 18?

This is not a longs and longs event. But please wear sneakers!!

Will there be an evening activity too?

We wish! But if you plan a sleepover with your camp friends, send pictures!

Where is the Winter Games being held?

The Winter Games will be held at the Chelsea Piers Field House in NYC. Click here for directions.

Can I volunteer for the Winter Games?

Absolutely! If you are interested in helping at the event, click here.

Can I donate to the Winter Games?
