An exciting week in Camp Che-Na-Wah
A little late, but it is safe to say that we had a beautiful visiting day weekend filled with family, nice weather, and of course…fried chicken.
Also, for those who did not get to witness Avenue Q this weekend I personally send my condolences because it was truly incredible. In other news,
Bunks 19 and 20 went and returned from their trip to Montreal where they went jet boating and lazer tagging! Also, Che-Na-Wah Bunks 21 and 22 had a “play day” with Forest Lake where we won the volleyball game and they won the basketball game – it was loads of fun. Actually, the forecast called for thunderstorms all afternoon which thankfully was false and we enjoyed a gorgeous afternoon instead.
The other night bunks 2-8 and 21-22 had a neon themed dance party with our very own DJ Rick Weiss which got rowdy with the cotton eye joe, cupid shuffle, and the chacha slide. Bunks 16, 17, and 18 took a trip to the Great Escape while here in camp we quite few dance party warm ups on the swim dock before jumping in to our sparkling lake!
