PLEASE ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS

NO VISITORS PERMITTED BEFORE 6:45 P.M. ON FRIDAY

NO VISITING ON SUNDAY

NO PETS ALLOWED ON CAMPUS

 

1.  You are invited as our guests for lunch on Saturday, July 17th.

2.  We realize that it may not be possible for all parents to visit according to the schedule outlined above.  Should this be the case, please notify us in advance.

3.  Bunk gifts: The best present you can give your child is a smile on your face and a welcoming hug!  In order to avoid unnecessary social competition, we discourage bringing gifts to bunkmates.

4.  Food:  Please exercise good judgment and control regarding quantities.  Storage space is VERY LIMITED.  As soon as visiting ends, our staff will discard any food found in cabins that is not sealed and properly stored.

5.  Visiting day should be a happy and relaxed opportunity for you to spend quality time with your child and watch him/her enjoy camp activities.  We encourage families to share this wonderful experience together, including a picnic lunch. CAMPERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE CAMP GROUNDS

6.  We have a NO TIPPING policy. All gratuities have been included in the camp fee.

7.  SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in camp.

8.  Younger siblings (of the same sex) are invited to sleep over in camp Friday Night July 16th.  You must return the SLEEPOVER permission form.

 

WAITERS/WAITRESS  VISITING INFORMATION

1. Parents of waiters and waitresses are invited to stay for a reception and light supper after evening activity Friday July 16th until 11:00 p.m.  Look for more details and invitations in future mailings.

2. Waiters and Waitresses are permitted to go out - only with their own parents - after evening activity is over - FRIDAY & SATURDAY EVENINGS JULY 16th & 17th. (Younger siblings are NOT ALLOWED to leave camp).

2.  Waiters and Waitresses MUST SIGN OUT WITH THE HEAD O.D.!

3.  Waiters and Waitresses MUST SIGN IN BY 11:30 P.M.!

4.  Waiters and Waitresses are NOT permitted to travel in anything other than the family car driven by their own parents.

5.  Waiters and Waitresses are helping to serve lunch, Saturday, July 17th.  It is therefore not possible for them to eat with their families.

 

"BIG SHOW CAST" VISITING INFORMATION

(Waiters & Waitresses)

1.  Saturday night - July 17th -  is opening night for our "Big Show".  The audience is composed of Che-Na-Wah campers only.  (The boys will be at a regular evening activity).  Parents of the "cast" are invited to see the show, which will begin at about 7:15 P.M.)
