Recycling

Hey guys!

I am so proud to announce that Che-Na-Wah will be  going green this summer!! There will be recycling bins located in/near the dining room and in each bunk with signs indicating what can be recycled, which will be made by the campers. Also, we have partnered with a really cool company called Terracycle, who we will ship certain items to, like candy wrappers and capri sun pouches. They then take these items and turn them into reusable items like bags, speakers, pencil cases, back packs and many more items and all of their profits from these items are donated to charities. This is really exciting because they find new uses for items that could not normally be recycled.  We’re looking forward to getting everyone involved and would love to hear any ideas or suggestions.

Can’t wait to see everyone and be back in camp in less than a month!!
