Happy Canada Day everyone! Aside from “Crazy Hair Day”, today was Canada’s birthday. All of the Canadians sung the National Anthem on the dining room porch during lunch lineup for the rest of the camp.
Besides that, today was as a beautiful day at Camp Che-Na-Wah. Campers swam, sailed, played sports on the field, and sang plenty of songs in the dining room.
The Waitress bunk (Bunk 23) went to Echo Lake today to play in a basketball intercamp. Although the team did not win, they came back to camp with high spirits, and more excited than ever.
Tonight was the first Friday night dinner. The Upper Seniors led the camp in slow songs, instead of the daily high-spirit peppys.
The 4th of July talent show is coming up soon. Everyone that is performing has already started preparing and practicing for the show. We can’t wait for all of the dances, bands, and other talents!
