HIKING AND CAMPING

Our pioneering program takes full advantage of our beautiful mountain surroundings. Specially-trained counselors guide campers on age-appropriate hiking trails throughout the Adirondacks. Campers learn how to hike safely and smartly while enjoying the wilderness.

Take a look at the www.adirondack-park.net website for more information about the mountains in our area.

Summer highlights include camping trips for older campers. And our youngest campers adore sleeping under the stars at our private camp ground near Lake Balfour. Both groups enjoy spooky stores told around the campfire while they munch on stacks of s'mores!

GROW

Summers wouldn't be complete without special excursions off camp grounds. In our camp-owned buses and vans, we take campers white water rafting, to performing arts events in nearby Saratoga Springs and to local museums. A favorite summer trip is to local amusement parks, too.
